Therapy for adults, teens, and children
West Los Angeles, Santa Monica, and online in California
As a therapist, I use attachment-based, trauma-informed approaches that address the root sources of distress.
I am trained in somatic mind-body practices, including Somatic Experiencing and EMDR, both of which can expedite healing.
My approach is curious and affirming—and I am able to be direct and get practical when needed.

Supporting growth
Individual adults
I help my clients understand—and own—their life’s story. This often involves exploring earlier life experiences and the impact of family, culture, and life stage.
While everyone’s process is unique, I often support clients with nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and pattern identification so they can move through life’s challenges with more choice and ease.
Areas of focus: anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, dating, career, neurodiversity, sexuality, life transitions, identity
Children
I use play and expressive arts therapy to support children ages 2+. Play therapy is an evidence-based approach which allows children to express and process their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in ways that are attuned to a child’s developing mind.
Areas of focus: anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, friendships, divorce and separation, grief, identity questions, neurodiversity (ADHD, autism, giftedness, auditory and sensory processing, dyslexia, 2e), and school difficulties.
Teens
I give teenagers space to explore their emerging independence, while offering tools to support their emotional regulation, self-esteem, and identity development.
Areas of focus: anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity (ADHD, autism, giftedness, auditory and sensory processing, dyslexia, 2e), sexuality, gender, relationships, divorce and separation, grief, and school difficulties.
Parents
I offer parents tools and resources for understanding their children and building a secure attachment bond.
I am trained in an evidence-based parenting model called Reflective Parenting, which improves parents’ abilities to understand themselves and their children.
I frequently collaborate with pediatric specialists, including physicians, neuropsychologists, psychiatrists, teachers and schools, and educational therapists.
I support families of all forms, including single, LGBTQIA+, adoptive, foster, cross-cultural, and divorced or separated.
Let’s connect
You can start by reaching out to me to book a free consultation over Zoom (or phone). During this time, you can share more about what you’re looking for and ask any questions.
If it feels like a fit, we can schedule an initial 50-minute therapy session. Before the session begins, I’ll send you a few forms to review and sign electronically.
If you like the experience of that session, we can choose a day, time, and frequency to continue meeting.
